Preparation Time:
This is what I need:
– A bottle of Vitamont Old Fashioned sparkling lemonade
– Jute rope
– A pair of scissors
– Eco-friendly liquid glue
– A glue brush
Let’s get started!
1- Remove the label from the bottle passing it under hot water
2- If necessary, rub with a sponge to remove the remaining glue
3- Dry your bottle
4- Remove the mechanical plug by spreading the two metal legs fixed in the neck
5- Cut a piece of jute rope about 2m50 long
6- Using your brush, apply a strip of glue all around the bottle, on the top of the flat surface (formerly at the top of the label)
7- To prevent the glue from drying, wrap without wasting time the beginning of your rope around the jar over the glue strip, and press it all around for a few seconds, the time that the glue takes
8- Repeat this step till the bottom of the bottle.
The little trick
You can replace the jute rope with chunky wool for a fluffy effect!
