Almond and apricot jam tart

This is what I need:

– 1 puff pastry

– 80g soft butter

– 100g powdered sugar

– 120g almond powder

– 250g Mamie Bio Organic apricot extra jam low sugar

– Some apricots

Let’s get started!

1 – Put the puff pastry in a baking pan and prick the bottom

2-Brush with Mamie Bio Organic apricot extra jam law sugar

3 – Put in the fridge and preheat the oven to 180°C

4 – Add the butter and sugar in a bowl and whisk everything until a white mixture is obtained

5-Add eggs and whisk

6-Add almond powder

7-Pour the mixture over the dough

8-Add a few halved apricots for decoration

8-Leave 30 min in the oven


The little trick

Add some almond shavings for decoration.
