Crumble à la confiture

Raspberry Blueberry extra jam Crumble

50 minutes

This is what I need:

– 225g flour
– 150g of sugar
– 150g of soft butter (not melted)
– 60g almond powder
– 1 egg
– 1 jar of Raspberry Blueberry extra jam

Let’s get started!

1. Work the butter with an electric mixer or spatula until a softened butteris obtained.
2. Add the sugar and egg and whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3. Add the almond powder and flour and mix with your hands. Knead the dough on a floured worktop and form a ball. Film and place 30 mins in the cool.
4. Spread 2/3 of the dough in a roll and reserve 15 mins in the refrigerator. Garnish a large square mold or several small molds with the dough and then prick it with a fork. Reserve again for 30 mins in the refrigerator and preheat the oven to 200°C.
5. Bake the bottom of the pie 10mins. Once out of the oven, garnish it with the jam. Crumble the remaining dough into a crumble and put back in the oven for about twenty minutes.
