Extra Strong Marinade

This is what I need:

– 1 teaspoon Vitamont Extra Strong Ginger
a few drops of Vitamont Pure Lemon Juice
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– 4 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 clove of garlic
– pepper

Let’s get started!

1- Peel and chop the garlic clove
2- In a bowl, pour all ingredients and mix.
3- Add the ingredients of your choice, and let marinate for 1 hour in a cool place.

The little trick

Use this marinade for diced salmon, minced chicken or pork, for tofu, or even for your pan-fried vegetables
