panna cotta eau de coco

Coconut water and raspberry Panna cotta

This is what I need:

– 130g of soy cream
– 33cl of Vitamont coconut water
– 80g of cane sugar
– 2g of agar-agar
– Raspberry coulis

Let’s get started!

1- Mix in a saucepan the soy cream, coconut water, cane sugar and agar agar.
2- Bring the mixture to a boil for 2 minutes and pour into glass ramekins.
3. Cool the preparation so that it gels. Leave for an hour in the refrigerator.
4. Take out the ramekins and add the coulis.

The little trick

In the summer, add fresh fruit.
