Red pepper Feta cheese Samosas

This is what I need:

– 6 brik pastry sheet
– 2 Vegetable spreads Red pepper Feta cheese
– 60g pine nuts
– Fresh coriander
– Salt and pepper


Let’s get started!

1- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (th6)
2- Wash and chisel the coriander. In a hot pan, brown the fat-free pine nuts for 2 to 3 minutes. Allow to cool.
3- In a bowl, mix the preparation Feta Pepper, coriander, pine nuts, salt and pepper.
4- Cut each sheet of brick in half. Place the preparation on each half of the brick and fold the sheet into a triangle.
5- Place oil on the samossas with a brush and bake for 15 minutes.

The folding
1- After cutting your brick sheet in half, fold the sheet in half by bringing the rounded edge back to the opposite right edge. You get a rectangle.
2- Put the stuffing on one side of the sheet (not too much at the edge). Fold the top left corner of the strip to the bottom edge. You get a first triangle
3- Fold the triangle up, then down and so on.
4- Fold the remaining piece of brig inside the triangle.
