This is what I need:
– 150 g powdered sugar
– 30 g butter
– 3 eggs
– 10cl of pure lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Let’s get started!
1- In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar.
2- Dilute the cornstarch with a little lemon juice. Once mixed, add the rest of the lemon juice. Pour over the egg/sugar mixture.
3- Put the preparation in a saucepan and add the butter cut into pieces.
4- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly with a whisk.
5- Pour the lemon curd into a clean glass jar. Allow to cool with the lid.
The little trick
Add the zests of an organic lemon.
